NHS Volunteer Responders - additional information
NHS Volunteer Responder roles are: Steward Volunteer (COVID-19 Vaccinations), Community Response Volunteer, Community Response Plus Volunteer,
Check-in and Chat Volunteer, Check-in and Chat Plus Volunteer, Patient Transport Volunteer, NHS Transporter Volunteer.
To become an NHS Volunteer Responder, it is essential that you have a smartphone. This is
because tasks are sent to volunteers through an app.
Ensure you remember the password and email address you provide on this form. You will
need these to log in to the app.

St John Ambulance - additional information
There are 3 clinical roles available with St John. Please note that you will need a smartphone to carry out these roles.
By completing the form below you will start the application process to becoming a vaccination
volunteer, clearing the initial checks required. If you are approved, your information/documents
will be passed to St John who will continue with your application.
All St John roles involve additional selection and training, detailed in the 'Getting You Started' guide.
